Prospective students interested in attending our school must apply specifically to one of our two campuses. Students entering Preschool – Grade 3 (Lower Campus) follow a slightly different application process than prospects who are entering Grade 4 – Grade 8 (Upper Campus). Please see the Enrollment Checklist for a complete list of required documentation for Lower and Upper Campuses.
Acceptance into our program is based on a rolling admission – there are no application deadlines; however, those who wish to be considered for financial aid are strongly encouraged to apply by March 15, as not everyone who applies will be guaranteed assistance.

Please follow these steps to begin the enrollment process:
- Step 1: Request an enrollment packet
- Step 3: Submit all required documentation for application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please review the Enrollment Checklist before submitting your application. Questions can be directed to Christine or Mary from Lower and Upper Campuses, respectively.
- Step 4: Should your child be accepted into Trinity Catholic Academy, you will receive a Financial Aid package and further financial aid information.
All students enrolled at Trinity Catholic must register with FACTS. Register with FACTS and sign up for a payment plan.
Financial Aid is not available for students entering preschool or prekindergarten. However, we do accept state vouchers. Please refer to Financial Aid under Enrollment tab for more information.
